What we collect
When you contact us — by phone, email, our Request Information form, or our careers application form — we collect the contact details you provide (such as your name, phone number and email address), information about your care enquiry (such as who needs care and what help you're looking for), and, for job applicants, your application details and resume.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange assessments and care, or consider your job application. We never sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to arrange your care (for example, coordinating with Alberta Health Services or Alberta Blue Cross for funded care) or as required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a copy of it, or ask us to correct or delete it. You can also opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of our emails or by emailing info@aurorasussex.com.
