Personal Support
Dignified help with the activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility and transfers. Our Health Care Aides work from an RN-written care plan, so support is consistent, safe and respectful of your loved one's routines and preferences.
PERSONAL CARE IS ONE OF THE THREE SERVICE TYPES FUNDED UNDER CDHCI.
Minimum visit: 3 hours.
Companionship
More than company — genuine connection. Conversation, shared meals, walks, games, outings and help staying engaged with the life they love. Companionship visits reduce isolation, lift mood and give family members confidence that someone kind is checking in.
COMPANIONSHIP IS GENERALLY A PRIVATE-PAY SERVICE; ASK US HOW IT CAN BE COMBINED WITH FUNDED HOURS.
Homemaking
Light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes, meal preparation and grocery errands — the household tasks that keep a home safe, clean and comfortable. Scheduled around your loved one's day, never disrupting it.
HOMEMAKING IS ONE OF THE THREE SERVICE TYPES FUNDED UNDER CDHCI.
Respite Care
Planned, reliable relief for family caregivers — for an afternoon, a weekend, or on a regular schedule. You step away to rest, work or travel; a screened, supervised caregiver steps in with the full care plan in hand. Family caregivers providing dementia care tell us this is the service that sustains them.
RESPITE IS ONE OF THE THREE SERVICE TYPES FUNDED UNDER CDHCI.
Nursing Services
Direct clinical care from a Registered Nurse: health assessments, medication review and oversight, wound awareness, chronic-condition monitoring and coordination with your doctor or AHS case manager. RN visits can stand alone or support ongoing caregiver visits.

Alzheimer's & Dementia Support
Specialised support for the unique journey of memory loss: consistent routines that reduce anxiety, communication approaches that preserve dignity, safety supervision, and meaningful engagement. Every dementia care plan is designed by our RN and delivered by caregivers with dementia-specific training — with respite built in for the family.
